Porzelina Gia
Alina Eynck, who has been working with ceramic dildos since 2014, founded Porzelina. As a brand, they represent self-determined sexuality, stylish play possibilities, and sensual sex toys. In their factory, handmade porcelain toys are created, focusing on the absence of harmful substances, sustainability, ergonomics, and aesthetics. In 2022, the Porzelina product line was awarded the Red Dot Design Award.
This review is based on personal preferences, focusing on design, material processing, and function.
With Gia by Porzelina, I received my first porcelain dildo and was particularly curious when the package arrived at my home in Portugal. However, before I opened the box, I had already studied the website and talked to Alina, the founder, on the phone. The whole concept and internet presence are extremely different from other sex toy manufacturers. It’s almost like entering an exhibition as soon as you come across the homepage and watch the video with the products on pedestals. Amazing! The aesthetics of the Porzelina product line are already high-class, so it was difficult for me to limit the selection for my test to two products.
Let’s start today with Gia, the ergonomically shaped porcelain dildo made to stimulate the CUV complex. Wondering what the CUV complex is? Here’s a quick clarification. The CUV complex describes a region, not just a point, combining the clit, urethra, and vaginal wall. This region is located both in the vagina, in the anterior vaginal wall where the G-spot is also located, and on the vulva. While the G-spot, as the name suggests, describes only one point not found in all women, the CUV complex includes more than one point, namely the clit, urethra, and anterior vaginal wall.
Unboxing Gia
When unboxing Gia, the first thing that struck me was the incredibly beautiful packaging, which is very minimalist and classy in black and even comes with a hygiene seal. The outside is decorated only with the discreet Porzelina logo. With a practical magnetic closure, the book-shaped box opens, and you find the Gia dildo inside, embedded in black paper strips plus ginger spray. The general instructions for use, which apply to all Porzelina products, are stuck to the left-hand side. You can immediately see the high-quality craftsmanship in the packaging, which has been lovingly designed with a focus on minimalism. The naturally produced Ginger Spray is intended as a goodie to increase sensitivity. I have yet to test it, though, as I imagine it more appealing in couples play.
After carefully inspecting the packaging, I took Gia in my hand and was surprised at how light the dildo was. Somehow, I expected a certain weight with porcelain, but no Gia is as light as a feather. In white, it looks classic, and the design with intense curvature at the tip immediately makes my thoughts turn to squirting. It seems like this toy has the ideal shape to make me squirt myself. More about that later in the self-pleasure test. 🙂
On the back is the small Porzelina logo, which has been kept very discreet and, for this reason, receives plus points.
Gia is beginner-friendly, with an insertable length of 4.3 inches and a width of 1.3 inches. My first impression when unboxing Gia was positive. The dildo has been immaculately handcrafted, looks sensual, and promises an interesting discovery due to its ergonomic design.
Design & Material
The noble sculpture character of Gia probably runs through the entire review. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such an appealing design in sex toys, and of course, I’ve never felt such a material inside me. You can safely leave this dildo on the side table and probably get compliments for such a sophisticated design concept. Gia stands perfectly due to its flattened base and looks beautiful, also combined with vases and other interior objects. The texture is smooth and shiny and promises maximum glide.
Like the other Porzelina products, Gia is made of porcelain, 100% by hand. This material processing is very robust, particularly body-friendly, waterproof, contains no harmful substances, and can also be cleaned effortlessly. The instructions indicate that Gia is not intended for oral use and should not be combined with other hard toys, e.g., glass dildos, to avoid damage.
Since Gia is incredibly light and feels pleasantly smooth and sensual, this material processing gives me an erotic feeling that solidifies directly in my pleasure center.
Shape
As far as the shaping is concerned, I am highly optimistic that I will be able to stimulate my CUV complex extensively. The extreme curve of the shaft and head with large contact area seems made for my anatomy, and I look forward to intense me-time moments to feel this dildo inside and out.
Gia is advertised as a vaginal dildo for CUV complex stimulation, which means it should not be used anally but can definitely be used externally during foreplay. By the way, the base was perfectly designed with notches to hold Gia between the ring and middle fingers or between the middle and index fingers; this feels totally coherent and enables ideal handling and grip.
Self-Pleasure Test
As wonderful as Gia looks, I naturally had to use a mirror for my self-pleasure test to see how this graceful sculpture plunged into me. Beforehand, however, I washed the dildo and put a towel under myself because I was firmly convinced that the intense curvature would make me squirt. With a little lube, I started at the clit and changed my movements only gently. The feeling of the porcelain is cool to the touch but not unpleasant, quite the opposite. In this context, I would also like to mention again that the light weight of the porcelain, as well as the notches at the base, allow for optimal handling. The texture glides weightlessly on clit and between labia, and it’s fun to watch the play with a mirror.
After a short warm-up, I wanted to feel Gia inside me and could insert the dildo without any problems. Whereby the head is a bit wider than the shaft. As soon as Gia was inside me, I could already feel the intense stimulation on my vaginal wall, and changed the sensations with rotations and angle settings. I really wanted to squirt, as I had tried it on my own several times and couldn’t do it with fingering, but with lovers, I cum all the time. I had the feeling that my finger strength was not strong enough, and the angle setting was not right. What can I say? Yes, Gia did it. After I didn’t get to squirt while lying down, I squatted down and pushed the dildo into me with quick movements until it squirted out of me. I always knew it was more a question of technique than anything else, at least with me. Some men had that certain fingering technique and thrusting that I just couldn’t escape. All the more, I wanted to do it on my own. The mirror was no longer so important in this event, but it definitely sweetened my foreplay. I was very glad that I had put a towel under me during the test and was able to witness incredibly novel sensations with myself.
I wanted to experiment with Gia and other toys for my second test. Since I usually prefer additional stimulation with vibrations. For this test, I used a vibrating anal plug and figured that Gia was not so easy to insert. This is normal, as the space between the walls is limited. However, after I inserted the dildo, it immediately felt right again. The wide contact area on the head and the curvature just fit. I let the anal plug vibrate without operating it while pushing Gia in and out faster.
This experience could only be topped with a clitoral vibrator, so I ended up with an intense orgasm with the 3-way combination of stimulation. Gia works great with other toys, although I only used silicone ones. I also imagine the porcelain dildo to be very erotic in a couple’s constellation because it is extremely aesthetic and glides wonderfully. A feast for squirt lovers, I would say.
The subsequent cleaning is effortless, as the material is particularly easy to maintain. I used a little soap and water and dried the dildo afterward.

Final thoughts
Gia absolutely convinced me in my Self-Pleasure Test. Not only was I pleasantly surprised by the porcelain material processing but also by the anatomically perfectly orchestrated design, which optimally stimulates the CUV complex and makes vaginal orgasm tangible; especially for women who normally have problems reaching vaginal orgasm.
Porzelina has created a real piece of jewelry here, a sculpture, to be more precise. Each product is unique and made by hand to a high standard. Gia makes you want to experiment, whether alone with other toys or with a partner. The dildo looks so sensual that you can’t get enough of watching how it stimulates the outer pleasure zones and then gently slides in. Even beginners will get their fill, as Gia is small and handy.
For my part, I will use this toy more often and intensify my squirting experience even more. There is nothing better than truly getting to know your body and bringing it to new sensations through own stimulation—many thanks for this, Porzelina. 🙂
Because the products are high-quality and 100% handmade, they naturally come at a price. Gia costs 144,00€. But this price is more than justified when considering the quality you get.
If you want to buy Gia by Porzelina, you can do so directly at Porzelina.
